What will happen?

In our first meeting we can look at what is causing you difficulty, any changes you want to make in your life and how counselling may be able to help. It will give us chance to get to know each other to see if working together may be helpful for you. If so we can then arrange the day and time of your weekly sessions and get an idea of how long you may want to work for.

Cost

The introductory session fee is £25. If you decide to go ahead, subsequent weekly sessions will last for 50 minutes at a cost of £60. Payment is per week by cash or cheque.

Location

My private practice is based in Guiseley, conveniently situated 1 minute walk from the railway station so accessible in 15 minutes from Leeds, Ilkley and Bradford. If travelling by car there is a free car park opposite.
